The Promoter is Hawkesburty City Council, 366 George Street Windsor.

The Hawkesbury City Council 'Savour the Flavour Apple Pie Eating Competition” commences at 6:10pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Saturday 12th October 2024 and ends at 6:30pm AEST on Saturday 12 October 2024 at Richmond Oval.

• Entry into the promotion is open to residents of NSW, Australia who are 18+. * To enter the competition, entrants must register their personal details and sign contest form prior to event or on event day.

• Entries are limited to one (1) per entrant and must have registered and checked in 30minutes prior to contest start time or risk losing their spot.
• There will be two competitions on the evening which means two winners, whoever eats their apple pie first will be declared a Savour the Flavour Apple Pie Eating  winner and receive $50 gift voucher.
• The pie eating judges have final say declaring a winner
• Contestants will not be permitted to use their hands, any contestants using their hand or hands to touch the pie or the plates will be immediately disqualified.
• Contestants will be allowed to use their hands to drink water.
• A contestant will be immediately disqualified for vomiting during the contest.
• Hawkesbury City Council staff members, Councillors, and their families are not able to enter the competition.
• The Prize will be given to winner on Saturday 12th October 2024.
• The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• The Prize is subject to any conditions imposed by the Promoter.
• In the case of event cancellation, the Prize will be forfeited.
• The Promoter recognises that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By entering the competition, the winner consents to their name being published as winner of the competition and to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion in printed and/or online formats.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award any of the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Participants enter this competition at their own risk.
• The participant agrees to indemnity and keep indemnified Hawkesbury City Council against any liability, actions, claims, demands, damages and expenses incurred or suffered by Hawkesbury City Council  in connection with or arising in any way out of the participation of the activity.
